Cary Scott Goldinger
Cary Scott Goldinger founded his namesake law firm in 1984 and he has been practicing law in the State of New York for 30 years. Mr. Goldinger’s extensive experience in litigation and his highly toned skills in negotiations are well known throughout the legal and business community. Mr. Goldinger has handled many high profile matters and several of his cases have been published. Mr. Goldinger graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Hofstra University School of Law. Mr. Goldinger is also on the Corporate Committee for the Nassau County Museum of Art.
Stephen Mighdoll has worked in the real estate field for over 35 years, and has been involved in all facets of title work for over 15 years. Mr. Mighdoll is a graduate of New York Law School and Tufts University, with a BA in both political science and history. He is the production manager for The Ultimate Agency, and has handled all of our title readings, clearance issues and real estate questions with professionalism and proficiency for over 10 years. Mr. Mighdoll personally attends nearly all of Ultimate’s closings as the title closer, to ensure that all of our clients receive the Ultimate experience and attention to detail at their closings.
